Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Good2Reuse. By creating an account or using the marketplace, you agree to them. This is a general policy for a community marketplace — if you have questions about a specific situation, contact us before relying on it.

Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using Good2Reuse — browsing listings, creating an account, buying, selling or swapping — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
Who can use Good2Reuse
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to create an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Your account
You're responsible for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, misrepresent listings, or put other members at risk.
Listings and content you post
You must own or have the right to sell or swap any item you list, and describe its condition honestly — including flaws. You keep ownership of the photos and text you post, but grant Good2Reuse the right to display them on the marketplace. We may remove listings that are misleading, prohibited, or reported and confirmed to violate these terms.
Buying, selling and swapping
Good2Reuse is a marketplace that connects members — we are not the seller of any listed item and don't take ownership of goods. Buyers and sellers are responsible for agreeing on the details of a sale or swap (condition, handover or shipping, and any local pickup arrangements) directly through the platform's messaging.
Payments and fees
Payments for purchases are processed through our payment provider, Stripe. We may charge a service fee on completed sales, shown before you confirm a listing or checkout. Swaps arranged without a cash component are not charged a transaction fee.
Prohibited items and conduct
You may not list counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, or illegal items, or use the platform to harass other members, commit fraud, or circumvent payments — for example, asking a buyer to pay outside the platform to avoid fees. We reserve the right to remove content and restrict accounts that engage in this behaviour.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Good2Reuse is provided on an "as is" basis. We don't guarantee the accuracy of listings created by other members, or that any transaction will be completed successfully. To the extent permitted by Australian law, Good2Reuse is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or from a transaction between members.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Good2Reuse and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that breach these terms, engage in fraud, or put the safety of other members at risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date; continuing to use Good2Reuse after a change means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
